OverviewThe Scrum Master with Salesforce & SAP-W2 role is crucial within our organization as it involves leading the integration of Scrum practices into the Salesforce and SAP environment. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of Agile methodologies and the smooth functioning of project management using Salesforce and SAP.Key Responsibilities

Act as a servant leader for the Scrum team, enabling them to be self-organized and cross-functionalFacilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint RetrospectiveCoach and mentor the team on Agile principles and best practicesRemove impediments to the team's progress and facilitate resolutionCollaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlogEnsure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principlesDrive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancementsSupport the team in maintaining high-quality deliverables through proper testing and validationEnsure transparency and communication within the team and with stakeholdersTrack and report on team metrics and progressCollaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to coordinate cross-team initiativesFacilitate learning and adoption of Agile engineering practices such as TDD, pair programming, and continuous integrationContribute to the organization's Agile transformation strategy and executionUse Salesforce and SAP expertise to optimize processes and workflowsAdapt Agile best practices to the specific requirements of Salesforce and SAP projectsRequired Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certificationProven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce and SAP environmentsDemonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly ScrumStrong understanding of Salesforce and SAP systems and processesExcellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to coach and mentor team membersExperience with project management tools like JIRA, Rally, or similarExperience in managing and prioritizing product backlogsKnowledge of Agile engineering best practicesAbility to drive continuous improvement and foster an Agile mindsetStrong organizational and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with Salesforce and SAP integration projectsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsProblem-solving and decision-making abilities
