Identify and pursue new customer prospects within the automotive commercial sector.Maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial clients.Understand and stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory or account base.Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Provide input to product and service development teams based on customer feedback.Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and increase brand awareness.Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment collection.Work closely with the parts department to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations regarding sales transactions.Provide training and support to the sales team as needed.Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and customer interactions efficiently.Requirements

Proven sales experience in the automotive industryStrong understanding of commercial vehicles and their applicationsExcellent negotiation and closing skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with business customersKnowledge of financing options for commercial vehiclesProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to develop and deliver presentations to potential clientsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordWillingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking eventsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Strong organizational and time management skillsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a sales teamFamiliarity with current automotive industry trends and market conditionsCapacity to understand and adhere to company policies and legal guidelinesCommitment to ongoing professional development and learningPhysical ability to demonstrate vehicles and conduct walkarounds with clientsCertificates, Licenses, Registrations
