Tyrula is currently seeking a UX Designer to join our team! We are growing quickly and are looking for a strong UX/UI candidate to work either fully remote or hybrid remote occasionally coming into our HQ office right outside of Washington DC to collaborate with our team! From the top-down, we are committed to inclusivity and are constantly looking for ways to further support our employees.Perks - Not only do we have a great benefits package which includes paid healthcare, dental, and vision Insurance (among other things listed below), we also provide all the equipment and support you will need to be successful in your role.Culture - We foster a friendly and empathetic culture, where everyone's voice is heard.As a UX Designer at Tyrula, you will be a key player on the User Experience team, collaborating with a diverse group of project stakeholders, team members and various project resources on an impactful and meaningful project engagement.Responsibilities:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX researchers, product owners, business analysts, developers and other stakeholders in an iterative and feedback-driven process to create high-quality UX design solutions and simulated online environments for user experience researchSynthesize user needs and business objectives to create testable prototypes and validate hypotheses; generate essential deliverables including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypesRapidly prototype and create human-centric designs that represent optimal solutions for end usersDevelop high quality visual layouts and interfaces based on user research, business requirements and technical constraintsCreate and maintain up-to-date style guides and design libraries along with components and business patternsCollaborate closely with the User Experience team and take on user research and business analysis responsibilities, extending beyond the typical UX Designer rolePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Strong knowledge of user research, usability testing and analysisProficiency wireframing and prototyping using Figma required. Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent is good to havePortfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects and processes.Excellent collaboration as well as verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficientlyAbout TyrulaTyrula is a diverse Information Technology (IT) consultancy focused on providing innovative solutions to improve the quality of healthcare.
