Position Overview:
Join Resource Center, a leading nonprofit organization, as a Revenue Analyst. The Revenue Analyst supports the agency’s stability through financial and statistical analysis of diverse medical services, with a focus on the 340B Program. Responsibilities include analysis, accounting, and data-driven decision support. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in financial modeling, and a proven commitment to providing excellence as part of an interactive Accounting & Finance team.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:Data Integration and Analysis: Integrate revenue & associated data into accounting software for reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate financial and programmatic insights.340B Revenue Management: Analyze complex financial and non-financial 340B revenue data, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on changes in the 340B Program to support policy development.Contract Support: Identify non-contracted pharmacies, establish contract links to maximize revenue recognition.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Accounting & Finance team to enhance departmental growth.KPI Development: Develop KPIs for revenue-generating programs and utilize them for financial performance discussions.Revenue Forecasting: Implement revenue forecasting models for financial planning.Communication: Effectively communicate financial data to stakeholders and develop reports to support decision-makers.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.2+ years of experience in business or data analytics.Experience in 340B programs, healthcare services, or non-profit accounting is beneficial.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of data analysis methodologies.Desire to work with emerging technologies and be part of a diverse staff focused on excellent service.
