3-5 years hands-on experience in designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining web-based applications or system interfaces.Ability to work with a software development team using collaboration tools: Concurrent Versioning Systems, Software Configuration Management, Bug Tracking Systems
Primary Duties:Collaborate with internal teams to develop functional applications, focusing on frontend development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS, while working in a fast-paced environment.Support the design and build of military mission critical next generation applications.Support development, testing and implementation.Required Technical Skills:Experience with Java / JavaScript application developmentFront-end experience in HTML5, CSS, Angular, React, Node.JS, and JavaScript programming/debuggingExperience in Software design and architecture,Source Control/Configuration,User interface implementationDesired Experience:Experience with relational databases and SQLExperience using Git-based source control systemsIn-depth experience with Java web applications and containers such as Tomcat and ApacheSecurity concepts including authentication, authorization, and encryption; SSLKnowledge regarding Agile Development processes and methodologies
