Agility Partners is seeking a qualified iOS Developer to fill an open position with a leading grocer in the Cincinnati area. As a Lead iOS Developer, you will lead and drive agile scrum teams, collaborating with internal teams and 3rd party partners to develop customer-facing mobile applications. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and may eventually include overseeing a team of iOS developers. You will be primarily engaged in hands-on development, with potential involvement in strategy, mentoring, and training. Your responsibilities will encompass the daily maintenance and delivery of mobile applications, including meal planning and eCommerce apps.Responsibilities:Technical lead for the design and implementation of large and/or architecturally significant applicationsCollaborate with designers & product managers to iterate on the design & implementation of our productWork with Backend Engineers to build and ship featuresDesign a framework for creating user apps that grows with the needs of the companyMonitor app performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems & rectify the issuesReview app and feature code, and plan future app upgrades with the development teamAssist in the development of features that will be put on the mobile app & in internal applicationsImplement responsible design principles to ensure that our app renders well on most devices and is accessibleBenefits and Perks

3+ years of experience in developing iOS Apps, with a focus on Swift, and knowledge in Objective-C and xCode.Prior iOS Developer Lead experience is a plus.Previous experience with project planning for large-sized or highly complex projects.A solid understanding of mobile application development processes, from the layout/user interface to backend systems and API integrations.Proficiency in Agile tools, processes, and methodology.Strong experience with Swift & SwiftUI, Swift Package Manager, and building customer-facing apps.Strong analytical problem-solving skills.Experience with CI/CD & unit testing.Knowledge of best practices and techniques regarding scalability, performance, and security.
