Robotics Programmer

US Farathane is seeking a Robotics Programmer at our Facility in Auburn Hills, MI who can troubleshoot, program and test machine robots.
US Farathane has been a leading source of plastics manufacturing, supplying the automotive industry for over 40 years. Through highly technical research and development, coupled with a diverse and knowledgeable Management Team and dedicated Associates, US Farathane has continued to grow each year. We provide customers with a wide range of full-service support from black-box design concepts to highly engineered composites, TPE’s and TPO’s as well as specialized extrusion and compression technologies.Responsibilities:Conduct basic path programming with teach pendant on robots (Fanuc and Yaskawa Motoman preferred).Perform I/O testing during commissioning of equipment.Use basic hand tools for end effector and dress package adjustments.Ensure equipment is designed and programmed to specifications using standard techniques.All other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering field with a minimum of two years of related experience, or equivalent experience.Previous experience in programming robots.Experience working with Fanuc and Yaskawa Motoman.Experience with I/O testing.Physical Requirements:
