The RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Director of Product Management who thrives on changing the status quo, building new products, and leading high performing teams with a strong missionary culture. This Role will lead an organization focused on enabling shared product experiences for our Live offerings as well as managing the lifecycle engagement. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations as well as other QuickBooks teams to craft and deliver a new and reimagined QuickBooks for Small Businesses working with an Expert.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and define product strategy for the product experience for QuickBooks Live.Enable Generative AI and AI proactive experiences with on-ramps between Intuit Assist and human-assistance.Build proactive nudges and contextual messaging on value to be unlocked will empower customers to connect with an industry-leading expert gaining guidance or offloading their work entirely.Craft and build a reimagined QuickBooks experience for Small Businesses that work with an expert across mobile and web platforms inclusive of discovery, acquisition, pricing models, collaboration with experts, and delivery of business insights.Dreams big with a bold, enduring, inspiring product vision and strategy — yet delivers the short and long.Translates strategy into a product roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes.Creates a team structure and culture that fosters learning and executional excellence.Hire, develop, and retain high-performing PM talent and organizations.Coaches teams to make data-backed decisions and define high-quality success metrics.Has an informed perspective on how to leverage leading-edge technologies to build data-powered products.Able to engage with and influence Senior Leadership effectively.Identifies new opportunities based on customer insights, competitive research, and industry trends.Creates and maintains momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action.Identifies opportunities in the organization and drives change to improve outcomes.Leads a cross-functional team and is adept at boundaryless leadership, knowing when and how to work with sales, marketing, and customer service.Evidence of excelling in environments of high cross-company collaboration across platform and product teams.Care deeply about the craft of building great products and teaches the craft.Minimum Requirements10+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management leadership role.Track record of recruiting and leading high-performing product organizations.Demonstrated repeated success in creating innovative products that deliver extraordinary outcomes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones.A positive and entrepreneurial mindset; self-aware with a strong desire to learn.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Excels in driving cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product teams.Deeply curious and data-driven. Develops and defends strong points-of-view with data, analytics, and the voice of the customer.Passionate about solving customer problems (the big ones and the small ones).Experience working with Agile teams and data-driven products.Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science, Business, or related discipline required; MBA or MS a plus. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
