You’re looking for a position and company to grow with long-term.Orange Tree Counseling and Consulting is a therapy group practice providing telehealth services to college students and young professionals with marginalized identities. We offer individual, couples, and group therapy as well as consultation opportunities. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities and believes in the mission of providing mental health care that empowers, enlivens, and promotes lifelong growth for those that we are privileged to serve. Founded in 2020, we are in startup mode and are looking for candidates who are adaptable, flexible, and excited about growing alongside Orange Tree.We are looking for candidates who are the following:Self-reflective and always looking for more opportunities to grow and learnAware of personal boundaries, burnout triggers, needs, and limitationsAn effective communicator and able to accept and integrate feedbackAble to express interpersonal issues through direct and appropriate channelsAble to work autonomously, find information, and make decisions easilyDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team playerCulturally competent, Social justice-oriented, and liberation-focusedRequirementsPrevious Experience

License - LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, MFT, LMFTAt least 1 year of clinical experience post-graduationExperience and knowledge of HIPAA requirements and practicesUnderstanding & implementation of the ethical guidelines of your licensure/degree

Clinical Experience

Training & experience working with clients from diverse, intersectional backgroundsCultivation and application of personal clinical theoretical orientation to variety of mental health concernsKnowledge of DSM 5 diagnostic criteria and assessment, ability to form case conceptualization and apply appropriate interventions based on client presentationsAbility to demonstrate clinical competencyAwareness of clinical limitations and ability to seek consultation when limitations are present

Administrative Requirements:

Ability to complete documentation within 48 hoursExperience creating and adhering to treatment plansExperience communicating the importance of having consent and insurance documents prior to beginning a therapeutic relationshipAbility to discuss client service fees and receive financial compensationRespond in a timely manner to email communication
