Property Accountant (Real Estate Experience Required) - up to $90k/yrLocated in Boston, MA, we are seeking an experienced Property Accountant with a strong background in commercial real estate. Offering a competitive compensation of up to $90k per year, plus a 10% bonus, this hybrid role requires three days in-office and two days remote, with free parking provided. The role includes excellent benefits with 100% coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance. This role involves working closely with Property Management/Portfolio Management on budgeting and reporting, as well as supporting active Development/Construction projects.Responsibilities:Manage accounting operations for multiple properties, including monthly and quarterly financial reportingConduct bank reconciliations, general ledger adjustments, and manage joint venture financial activitiesOversee cash flow, receivables, CAM, tax, and utility reimbursementsAssist in budget preparation and financial forecasting, including audits and tax packagesCollaborate with management teams on financial integrity and participate in due diligence for property transactionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance4+ years of real estate accounting experienceProficiency in Yardi, MRI, or similar software; experience with paperless AP systems preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
