Enterprise Workflow Developer

HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Workflow Developer. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects and Program Offices in Dahlgren, VA.Join our highly-integrated, mission-focused team for this unique opportunity. Contribute to the critical infrastructure for project and workflow management, enabling rapid development of tactical systems that directly support the warfighter.Responsibilities:Analyze, distill, and refine system requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to document and implement requirements.Develop and integrate enterprise workflow solutions utilizing Jira SIL, Java, Python.Support data migration or integration from other systems, as defined by user requirements.Support, review, and provide input on technical requirements and work estimates based on functional requirements.Manage deployment activities. Implement components between development and production environments.Configure and test custom Java plugins.Support Process and workflow improvement for a large multi-disciplinary engineering design, development, and test team.Support SharePoint and Confluence workflow development, maintenance, and enhancement activities.Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering Technology, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.1-5 years of software development experience.US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.Active DOD Security Clearance.Experience with Enterprise Workflow Development.Experience with Jira / Confluence Development.Experience with SharePoint development and support.Experience with software development / integration using Java, Python, SQL Database development.HART Technologies, Inc. is an AS9100D certified design and build company, providing services and solutions to a variety of DoD customers.Competitive annual salary plus paid time off, educational benefits, matching 401K, along with Medical, Dental, and LT/ST Disability insurance.
