Kingspan Insulation is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest. This role entails managing a sales team to achieve key sales objectives by working with multiple distributors and aggressively growing new accounts. The incumbent is tasked with overseeing the expansion and advancement of the brand value of the Kingspan Insulation North America Division within a specified market region. The Regional Sales Manager is obligated to safeguard the brand's integrity and uphold a business model characterized by ethical and equitable dealings with both existing and prospective accounts.

Key Duties Include

Essential Duties

Essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature. Other duties may be assigned.

Ensures all tasks are performed safely and promotes a secure work environment.Creates quarterly and annual strategic business plans to achieve budgeted sales targets in the designated region.Develops promotional strategies for the region in collaboration with marketing for both on-site and off-site events and promotions.Recommends and implements sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.Analyzes business data and sales trends for key accounts, providing monthly recommendations to Kingspan for strategic business plans.Establishes sustainable partnerships with distributors, national builders, and key accounts by highlighting the value of Kingspan Insulation's brand, products, and support staff.Builds, coaches, and leads a professional sales team responsible for sales growth and customer satisfaction.Sets the vision for the region and develops a business plan to achieve this vision.Evaluates market trends and gathers competitive information, identifying factors that impact the current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.Oversees special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in, Sales, Marketing or Business (preferred) and/or 5-7 years of sales and 3-5 years of sales management experience.

Key Qualifications:

Proficient in delivering effective public presentations.Strong skills in data entry, charting, and meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook is a must.Background in a project sales environment.Experience in marketing planning, translating commercial strategy into practical marketing plans.Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication, along with excellent telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal abilities are essential.Hands-on experience in organizing high-caliber events, seminars, etc.Familiarity with working within brand guidelines is advantageous.International experience is considered a significant asset.Must be willing to travel regularly across the Midwest region.Requirements include the ability to:
