The candidate will support the Finance department and the company's growth by defining key financial and operational metrics, conducting advanced analytics, and creating actionable strategies. Initial responsibilities will include reporting and analyzing the core Topgolf business and expanding to additional revenue streams such as Topgolf Media and Tracer. The candidate will evaluate growth avenues including customer retention and acquisition strategies, product segmentation and margin analysis, and venue demand planning and expansion.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement key financial and operational metrics to monitor business drivers
- Support CFO initiatives by providing insights through analytics and A/B testing
- Integrate Finance, Operations, and Analytics data to generate key business insights
- Conduct deep dive analytics to identify drivers and recommend strategies to increase profitability and efficiency
- Serve as the data and analytics expert, applying statistical methods for precise analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key strategic initiatives
- Provide visibility through standardized and ad-hoc reporting on growth metrics
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or Finance (Master's Preferred)
- 3+ Years in analytics and reporting
- 2+ Years in SQL, Python or R, statistical methods, and Excel
- 2+ Years with business intelligence and visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI, Periscope)
- 1+ Years in ETL automation (Alteryx, KNIME)
- 3+ Years in analytical and strategic thinking
- 3+ Years in problem-solving
- Expertise in manipulating large datasets and performing reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in coding (SQL, Python or R)
- Skills in data visualization (QuickSight, PowerBI, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, comfortable working through ambiguity
