Candidates with 10+ years' experience• Understand the functionality of BPA, NSO, Matrix, Vitria, CNC and TAF tools• Work with Network Operations team and development to populate the backlog• Maintain a prioritized list of features, enhancements, and bug fixes for Matrix, BPO, NSO• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations and assign the features / stories to appropriate backlogs.• Define acceptance criteria for user stories and features.• Review and provide feedback on work delivered by the development team during sprint reviews and product demonstrations.• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
