Overview

The Sr. Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer holds the responsibility for the seamless execution of daily IT functions and project support. This role entails the deployment and administration of Azure and Oracle Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS), as well as the management of server hardware, operating systems, and server-based applications, inclusive of external software solutions. Additionally, the engineer ensures the consistent operation and accessibility of the company's infrastructure, cloud frameworks, and applications. It is imperative for the individual in this position to guarantee system redundancy, implement disaster recovery strategies, maintain customer satisfaction, and uphold business continuity alongside all IT-related activities.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:Ensure the continuous and secure operation, administration and maintenance of the networking, server, storage and voice infrastructure through hands-on capabilityConducts analysis of system performance, network and other IT activities to enhance overall service delivery to the businessFollow 'best practice' standards as well as developmental policies and procedures to meet J-Sox and ITGC compliance.Personal needs to follow directions given by his manager/leaders in day to day operations as well as assigned task and projects.Personal needs to follow all procedures and policies.Personal needs to do clear communication with all customers by making sure issues are resolved in timely manner.Deployments & Operational Management:

Accountable for the IT Service Management program by following Service Level Agreements (SLA's) in IT department and the business units/enterprise including the measuring and tracking of Operational Level Agreements (OLA's) amongst IT functionsDesigning and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on Azure.Facilitating the migration of legacy systems to the Azure cloud platform.Manage and support day-to-day operations of Azure, Oracle Cloud and on premise IT Infrastructure, by following the ITSM ticket.Monitor the daily performance of servers, networks, cloud system, telecommunications and other critical systems, takes corrective action to resolve issues.Ensures high availability of critical business systems.This position will be responsible for regular on-call shifts for 24x7 systems support and need to troubleshoot and fix problems in a timely mannerWorks with other functional IT areas on project related activities including the deployment, configuration of systems under the direction of project leader/managerMaintain disaster recovery ability for all critical software and hardware systemsAs and when require create the SOP Documents and train the other IT team membersSubject to the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and Ajinomoto Food's HIPAA Privacy and Security policies and procedures, assisting the Ajinomoto Food health plan with day-to-day activities involving protected health information, including but not limited to, assisting with employee claims, coordinating benefits, determining health claim status, determining eligibility for coverage, budgeting and renewal, billing and collection activities, obtaining assistance from third-parties for plan functions, and any other duties delegated by the HIPAA Privacy or Security Officer.Follow all practices for IT vendor management e.g. gathering quote, creating PO, documenting all requirement as per requirementSubject to the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and Ajinomoto Food's HIPAA Privacy and Security policies and procedures, assisting the Ajinomoto Food health plan with day-to-day activities involving protected health information, including but not limited to, assisting with employee claims, coordinating benefits, determining health claim status, determining eligibility for coverage, budgeting and renewal, billing and collection activities, obtaining assistance from third-parties for plan functions, and any other duties delegated by the HIPAA Privacy or Security Officer.Qualifications

B.S. or MS from Accredited University8+years of hands on work experience relevant work experience in technology support, network services, systems administration.Strong hands-on/technical knowledge of Azure and Oracle Cloud and hyper-v technologiesMust have a strong hands-on/technical knowledge of core Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Azure Active Directory, SSO, Landing Zone, Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS SQL, SharePoint, TEAMS, O365, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Ops Mgr, DPM, O365 etc.Certifications in Microsoft/Cisco (MCSE / CCNP) technologies requiredExpert level knowledge of enterprise class storage arrays requiredStrong scripting skills requiredMust follow all IT standards, procedures, policies, and best practicesMust have proven management skills with the ability to mentor staff membersITIL or PMI Certification is preferredFamiliarity with Enterprise Information SecurityFamiliarity with ITIL Incident ManagementPotential night/ weekend work for upgrade / maintenance projects required25% Travel required with in USPay Range $120,000 - $130,000#INDONT
