Primary AOR is CENTCOM.Perform all functional duties independentlyWork and live in a small team austere environmentDefine and carry out UAS-based scenarios in test and/or training eventsUnderstand and interpret customer requirements to influence the correct use of UAS technology at technical exchange and/or test eventsInteract with both civilian organizations and military unitsBeneficialManned pilot experience is desirableExperience with Group 2 / Group 3 UAS fixed-wing platformsExperience with the ISR mission set and associated systems and FMV payload operationKnowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)Knowledge of a wide array of UAS components & UAS flight control softwareAbility to research emerging UAS technologies, describe their advantages, and the impact on DoD capabilitiesAbility to take technical UAS knowledge and inform/instruct others about the technology, capabilities & limitations, and impacts on DoD capabilitiesDemonstrate experience in pre-deployment training and knowledge exchange supporting field training exercises (FTX), Validation Exercises (VALEX), and other technical exchange eventsBA/BS with 0-3 yrs experience a plus; or AA/AS and 4 years of experience; or HS/GED and 6 years of experienceActive secret security clearance or ability to obtain a secret security clearanceProficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications and intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts
