Assist in the financial management of the budgeting, reporting, forecasting and daily production activity of Series productionsOversee timely production cost reporting and analyze actuals vs budgets cost reports to ensure accuracy and quickly resolve any issuesCollaborate with Creative, Business Affairs and Legal in the creation and vetting of production budgets and strategically resolve issues to ensure an efficient processIdentify Production Tax Incentive opportunities, oversee and track estimates, timing of receipts and required auditsReview production cash flow projections and funding requests for accuracy and compliance with contractsAssist in the contract review and cost analysis process in conjunction with Production, Business Affairs, Legal and LaborEnsure productions follow Production Finance policies and proceduresManage the setup of production accounting payroll and systems softwareAd hoc financial analysis as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with production tax incentives and related filing processWorking knowledge and experience with union/guild agreements and production payrollProficiency in production accounting software (Smart Accounting, PSL), Movie Magic Budgeting and ExcelAbility to establish partnerships with producers and production teamProactive thinker who is able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesDetail oriented with strong organizational, teamwork, problem solving and communication skillsBachelor degree preferred
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $158,000 and $237,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
