•IVR developer•Needs to be familiar with Invision Studio 2.8.0 and how to code with this version - have at least 2+ years experience•Understands functional block calls from within Invision•Knows how to code xml files•Knows how to code grammar files•Knows how to use ADO-GIT•Understands API calls to retrieve data
Experience Required Must have:
- Ability to obtain ADP-2 Military Clearance.- Customer Service Support skills.- Multi-tasking Skills.- Ability to work dynamic shifts / Lots of after hours.- Ability to manage multiple active projects.- Project Management Skills.- Concentrix Experience
