This is a great opportunity to join our Indianapolis team as a CNC Programmer. We are seeking skilled programmers with milling experience in a high-speed machining environment. Qualified applicants will program a variety of complex, aerospace and motorsport components to be produced in either our Indianapolis facility or supporting our Australian facility. This role requires a self-starter that requires minimal supervision, looking to develop professionally alongside a fast-growing company where they can contribute their skills.Core Responsibilities:

Ability to work from detailed drawings to high quality standardsTroubleshoot problematic scenarios associated with programming projects.Share information both in person and through remote/electronic conversationsCommitment to quality and pride in workmanshipCommitment to safe and orderly workplaceAbility to handle multiple and frequently changing prioritiesMaintain the security and confidentiality of customer and internal products and documentationComply with all security policies and proceduresOccasional overtime and weekend work when required to meet deadlinesProvide process improvement feedback to improve machine processes/ways to reduce wasted time and scrapRequired Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and experience in CNC programming/simulation software3+ years programming experience using CAM software such as Mastercam 2021 or similar softwareExperience with 5 axis CNC programming/simulation softwareAbility to work in both Metric and Imperial systemsAbility to read, write and perform basic-intermediate mathThis role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U. S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. PWR will require proof of status prior to employment.Preferred Qualifications:
