We empower organizations with this technology to transform physical spaces into regenerative places that fuel positive impact for people, portfolio, and our planet.We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Executive who will focus on developing deep industry relationships and strong client growth and retention, while working to drive sales through understanding the unique needs and challenges of customers in our industry. This role is a blend of new business sales and client account management. This position will be remote, based anywhere in the United States.You’ll make an impact as you:Set clear objectives, define target accounts, and establish sales targets and quotas. Identify sales channels, partnerships, and distribution networks that can effectively reach and serve your target industry.Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the target industry.Be able to strategically sell to target customers through a deep understanding of the client’s unique challenges, pain points, and business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and solution engineering, to develop tailored solutions. You will work in tandem with other teams to develop custom product offerings and services to meet industry-specific requirements and align with customer expectations.Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and facilitate negotiations of new business prospects.Manage the relationship with a named list of current accounts, working to keep and grow those accounts so that they further contribute to your quarterly sales goals.Foster long-term relationships with key customers in the target industry. Provide ongoing support, address any concerns, and act as a primary point of contact for account management. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within the vertical market.You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in growing revenue through acquiring new customers and expanding key accounts.Bachelor’s degree required.Ability to travel as required.Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in enterprise sales.2+ years of experience in account management.1+ years of experience with commercial building solutions, commercial real estate, or cloud-based enterprise applications.You’ll benefit from:Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. Siemens BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $88,340 - $151,440. Additionally, a commission plan is also part of the compensation package for this sales position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
