As an Agile Product Owner specializing in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, you will play a central role in shaping our projects and ensuring their successful execution. Your responsibilities will include:Leveraging Expertise: Applying your deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development practices to guide project teams toward optimal outcomes.SAFe Implementation: Employing the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to align project initiatives with our organizational goals and values.Tool Proficiency: Demonstrating proficiency in using essential project management tools like Jira and Confluence to facilitate effective collaboration and project tracking.Requirements Translation: Expertly converting business needs into clear and precise technology requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams.Customer-Centric Solutions: Creatively approaching solutions by assessing customer needs and influencing decisions that lead to the delivery of outstanding products and experiences.Effective Communication: Excelling in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate product vision, business objectives, technical feasibility, and detailed requirements.Result-Driven: Proven ability to deliver exceptional results even when confronted with challenging conditions, navigating complexities, ambiguities, and aggressive project timelines with confidence and skill.Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:Previous experience and expertise in the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, ideally in a Product Owner or similar role.In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development practices and a track record of effectively applying these methodologies.Familiarity with SAFe, demonstrating your ability to scale Agile principles and practices across large organizations.Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.A talent for translating business needs into technology requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholder expectations and development deliverables.Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.A history of delivering results in challenging and dynamic environments, showcasing your resilience in the face of complexity, ambiguity, and aggressive timelines.
