Job Summary

As a Salesforce developer, you play a crucial role in helping organizations maximize the value of their Salesforce investment. You create customized solutions that address business needs, enhance user experience, and support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities

End-to-end implementation experience with the Salesforce platform.Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to stakeholders.Experience with development technologies such as Apex.Integration experience using Web-based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit, and MuleSoft.Knowledge of options and handling security requirements such as single sign-on and data security.Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, and SVN.Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver solution requirements.Mandatory Skills

Experience in designing and developing software components.Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Unit Testing.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related major.2+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP), filling positions of growing responsibility, and managing junior technical resources.2+ years’ experience as a Developer in a mid-to-large-sized organization, with proven leadership in driving organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.2+ years of professional object-oriented development experience.Desired skills

SFDC or other CRM architecture experience is a plus.The healthcare domain is an added advantage.Experience with healthcare or the behavioral health industry is a big plus.Salesforce Developer Certifications is Mandatory.
