Reliability Excellence Planner

The primary role of the Reliability Excellence Planner is to improve workforce productivity and work quality by eliminating potential delays and obstacles through proper planning of materials, procedures, and resources for maintenance work. The planner is responsible for planning all maintenance work in the assigned area, maintaining records for analysis and reporting. Responsibilities include:Lead crews and supervise maintenance workReview and screen work ordersDevelop and maintain maintenance proceduresIdentify and obtain necessary materials and equipmentEstimate costs of work ordersDevelop standard work ordersReview labor and material usageProvide informal training to maintenance personnelReview completed work ordersUnderstand mechanical equipment maintenanceRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent2-5 years of maintenance experienceTrade knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and mathematical skillsOrganizational, planning, and communication skillsCollaborative team player, able to work autonomously
