Work Schedule:Part-time, 80% FTE day shift. Monday – Friday between the hours of 6:40am – 3:10pm, 6:40am – 5:10pm and 9:10am – 5:40pm. No weekends required. Surgical Tech
to:Help prepare the operating room prior to surgery, ensure the right instruments and supplies are ready in the room.Assist the surgeon by anticipating their next move and handing them any instruments that may be needed in order to make the procedure run as smooth and efficient as possible.Assist with inventory control.Education:Minimum – Completion of Surgical Technologist program.Two (2) years of Surgical Technologist experience may be considered in lieu of completion of a Surgical Technologist program.Work Experience:Preferred – Completion of Surgical Technologist program.One (1) year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.Licenses and Certifications:Minimum – Basic Life Support/CPR to be obtained within six (6) months of hire.Preferred – Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
