Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy services to patients based on physician's plan of care and state regulations.Advise, consult, and teach treatment procedures to clients, family, and staff.Assist in evaluating level of function and participate in care planning.Document clinical notes, progress, and modifications to aid daily living.Supervise physical therapy assistants and maintain accurate records.Qualifications:Requirements:Graduate from an approved School of Physical Therapy.Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Minimum of 2 years' experience in acute hospital setting (preferred).CPR and First Aid Certification.Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
