Job Description: CoolSnail is seeking a talented Angular Developer to join our team working on the NetBenefits Mobile app for our esteemed client, Fidelity. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for enhancing the app's capabilities related to healthcare accounts, including Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and more. Your expertise in Angular 2+ and related technologies will be instrumental in delivering high-quality and user-friendly features to our customers.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with the development team and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design and implement new features and enhancements for the NetBenefits Mobile app, specifically focusing on healthcare accounts-related capabilities such as HSAs, FSAs, etc.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Angular 2+ framework.Utilize RxJS and NgRX to implement reactive programming patterns and state management.Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the reliability and stability of developed features.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.Optimize application performance and improve the user experience.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Angular and mobile development.Stand up APIs when required, with appropriate guidance and help.Participate in a hybrid role, spending one week per month at the client's location in TX (advance notice will be provided).Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Angular Developer, with a strong portfolio of Angular projects.Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Angular 2+ framework.Proficiency in RxJS and NgRX for implementing reactive programming and state management.Familiarity with healthcare accounts-related concepts such as HSAs, FSAs, etc., will be highly advantageous.Experience with mobile app development using an
Ionic
framework is a plus.Native app development experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and project needs.
