Translate high-level strategy & product direction into features, epics and user storiesUnderstand the business value of requirements profoundly and convey it internally externallyConsult and work with project stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and non-functional requirementsElicit, capture, analyze, refine and document business requirements and user storiesCommunicate business and customer value to the team in a manner that sparks innovative thoughtWork closely with Agile team membersWork to define the acceptance criteria for user storiesAccept/reject the delivered code from within each SprintResponsible for making ongoing decisions to continue development down the current pathCreate Capabilities and Features, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to groom these components to a state of ready for the Agile teamsTake responsibility for the development of ongoing enhancements, creating and prioritizing user stories within the Agile teamsAbout You8+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum practicesExperience managing software projects built in .NET, XML and SQL Server preferred (C#?)Experience working with JiraExperience with data governance products (e.g. Varonis, CyberArk), Security/Networking and knowledge of interfacing to storage platforms (Windows, NetApp, EMC, NAS, NFS) is desirableProficient with project management techniques and toolsYou can identify, define, analyze, prioritize and refine requirements, communicating milestones and visions to the development teamYou can represent the customer with the ability to prioritize tradeoffs, clarify requirements, and work to drive user stories to acceptance throughout the Agile software development life cycleYou have intermediate level of proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft ProductsYou have experience writing and translating business requirementsYou are an analytical person who can control the details but still see the full pictureExperience and comfort solving problems in an ambiguous environment where there is constant changeYou have the tenacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentExperience in the following technologies is a plus: Storage platforms (Windows, NetApp, EMC lsilon, NAS, NFS), Device connectors (Unix, Windows, SSCM, ServiceNow, CMDB, Active Directory), 3 rd
