Agile Coach

We are seeking an Agile Coach to help our software development teams adopt and master Agile methodologies for improved productivity, quality, and team collaboration. As an Agile Coach, you will provide guidance and support for the implementation and continuous improvement of Agile practices across the organization.Job Responsibilities:Educate and encourage Agile best practices for employees and clientsMentor teams and provide feedback and hands-on support for continuous improvementDevelop an adaptation strategy for introducing and sustaining Agile practicesImplement Agile methodologies to increase collaboration, predictability, and transparencyLead by example and promote an innovation cultureJob Requirements:Previous work experience as a Project Manager in Agile environmentsStrong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum and KanbanExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teamsDiplomatic, flexible, and a great team player
