Our mission is to help businesses grow their revenue and enhance customer relationships through data-driven strategies.The Client Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within our Non-Profit sector. This individual will be responsible for partnering and supporting our sales Directors with all aspects of selling and account management, as well as identifying, influencing, and closing deals with clients, utilizing Epsilon’s suite of capabilities to exceed sales quotas and drive client success. Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Sales Directors to identity, sell, and execute client marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver on key KPI’s.This includes Salesforce, working with cross functional partners to build, execute, measure and review post campaign results with clients.Help manage day-to-day client interactions and account activities, both internally and externally.Manage and lead sales directly for several Non-Profit Clients.Utilize strong business acumen to uncover client needs and position Epsilon solutions as strategic tools to achieve their business objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized sales proposals and solutions tailored to each client’s unique requirements.Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in marketing, merchandising, and media departments within client organizations.Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment of objectives.Effectively manage day-to-day client interactions and account activities, both internally and externally.Requirements:3-5 years of professional sales and marketing experience within the Non-Profit industry.Self-motivated with a proven track record of identifying and closing sales opportunities.Ability to understand client objectives and develop communication strategies tailored to their needs, particularly in display advertising.Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling approaches.Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.Familiarity with analytic tools and techniques, with a quantitative background preferred.Experience in marketing program design, execution, and measurement.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.Team player with a collaborative mindset and demonstrated experience in sales and business development.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software such as Salesforce.com.Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record preferred but not required.Qualifications:Experience in digital media solutions and digital advertising.Proficiency in Excel analytics, with the ability to derive insights and tell a compelling story from data.Relevant experience in AdTech industry is a plus.Life at Epsilon: https://www.epsilon.com/us/about-us/epic-blogGreat People Deserve Great BenefitsWe know that we have some of the brightest and most talented associates in the world, and we believe in rewarding them accordingly.
