In this role, you’ll work with a team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to defining technical strategy, architecting, designing and delivering end-to-end digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and high-performance desktop virtualization solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AVD and W365 (Windows 365) technologies, excellent client engagement skills, and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.What You'll DoDevelop and design scalable, secure, and high-performance AVD/W365 (Windows 365) architectures.Create detailed architectural designs, documentation, and best practices for deploying AVD and W365 solutions.Lead the implementation and migration of desktop virtualization projects.Configure and deploy AVD/W365 environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.Monitor and manage AVD/W365 environments, performing regular maintenance and updates.Optimize configurations for cost efficiency and performance improvements.Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to clients.What You'll NeedProven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and W365 (Windows 365).Proficiency in Azure infrastructure and services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, and Azure Security.Extensive experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Citrix.Strong understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and identity management.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.What Will Set You ApartProfessional Services and or Consulting experience.Experience in multiple modes of implementation is highly desirable.Ability to Develop and design architecture standards and best practices for End User Computing (EUC) environments that enhance user productivity and experience.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware Certified Professional, or Citrix Certified Professional are a plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
