You will have the backing of a best-in-class team, excellent product-market fit, and a clearly defined marketing strategy to help you get there. In this role, you will be the first dedicated Marketing Operations hire, reporting to the CMO, with the opportunity to own and develop strategy and execution at a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.How you will make a difference day to dayDevelop marketing operations strategy to fuel pipeline and revenue growth, including analytics & reporting, CRM & marketing automation systems management, data management & governance, audience strategy & list management, and email marketing.Support the CMO with curing and presenting clear trends and analysis for driving marketing strategy and reporting to leadership team on marketing performance.Support the marketing team on all analysis and reporting to provide insight into marketing tactics and campaigns.Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading metrics, build reports, conduct analysis to assess and communicate performance identifying areas for improvement.Own all marketing systems operations, including management of our marketing automation platform, analytics, and other associated tools.Have a framework for evaluating existing and new systems to maximize impact.Build automated workflows, leveraging email and gifting, to create pipeline from contacts at various stages of our funnel.Leverage data-driven approaches to increase campaign engagement to generate net new pipeline.Coordinate and send marketing emails such as marketing campaigns to prospects as well as customer emails to drive awareness of up-sell and cross-sell features and new product launches.Maintain and grow a clean, engaged, and enriched contact database, and own audience management and segmentation strategies.Minimum qualifications3-5 years of marketing operations experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.Experience using data and metrics to develop marketing strategy and drive program improvements.Proven examples of success managing and reporting on data to provide clear insight into how to improve marketing performance.Experience administering marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Marketo.Experience with marketing reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Hex, or similar.You think of the big picture and get your hands dirty. You are not just an effective strategist, you can get the job done.You hold yourself to the highest standard of excellence in all aspects of your work. You can show it with examples of projects that require your resourcefulness, data-driven insight, and attention to detail.Preferred qualificationsExperience with audience management for Account-Based Marketing tactics such as gifting and account tiering.These requirements are for the strongest, ideal candidate.
