The CDL Furniture Driver Will make furniture deliveries to customers with a focus on timeliness and customer service.

Responsibilities:Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMakes timely deliveries to customers.Places, assembles and/or installs furniture to customer specifications.Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers.Plans and carries out daily route to ensure that all deliveries are made.Communicates issues to supervisory in a timely manner.Drives safely and maintains valid drivers license.Other duties as assigned.May be exposed to varying weather conditionsComplete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicleFollow all FMCSA, DOT, traffic laws and regulations at all timesKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExceptional customer service skillsOutstanding communication skills with an ability to converse, read and write in EnglishMust be able to work as a team and independentlyValid drivers license and clean driving recordCDL license requiredAbility to obtain a DOT medical cardExperience with basic furniture assemblyMust be able to work independently and manage time appropriately to meet deadlines.Qualifications:Education and/or ExperienceMust be at least 21 years of age.High School Diploma or EquivalentLicense Required: Class A or B1+ year of CDL Truck Driving Experience
