Position:

Demand Planner

Responsibilities:

Forecast Accuracy: Monitor and improve forecast accuracy through analysis of historical data, market trends, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Monthly Sales & Operations Forecast Meeting: Organize and lead monthly forecast meetings, providing input and insights to optimize demand planning processes.

SLOB Control: Manage and control slow-moving and obsolete (SLOB) inventory, implementing strategies to minimize SLOB risk and maximize inventory turnover.

Sales/MKT Reporting: Generate reports for sales and marketing teams, providing insights into demand trends, product performance, and market dynamics.

Demand Planning Backup: Act as a backup for demand planning activities BNL markets, including managing the demand planning tool and generating forecasts when needed.

Copacking Activities: Coordinate copacking activities, ensuring timely production and delivery of copacked products as per customer requirements.

Monitor Supply Chain KPIs: Lead the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, including sales forecast accuracy, obsolescence for finished goods (FGs) and point-of-sale materials (POSM), and take proactive measures to improve performance.

Ensure Accuracy of Product Master Files: Implement measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product master files, including SKU attributes, pricing information, and product specifications.

Order Processing: Manage the order processing workflow, including order intake, entry, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.

Shipments Monitoring and Coordination: Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure on-time delivery of orders.

Return Management: Handle return requests from customers, coordinating with relevant departments to process returns efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Delivery Support: Provide support to customer service teams regarding delivery inquiries and issues, liaising with 3PLs as needed to resolve delivery-related issues.

Database Management: Maintain and update various databases, including GS1, master files, bottle books, etc., to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.

Pricing Support: Assist in pricing activities, including pricing analysis, updating pricing databases, and providing support to sales and marketing teams as needed.

Vendor and Material Masterdata Management: Manage vendor and material masterdata in SAP or similar systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

SKU Opening: Manage the process of timely opening new SKUs in SAP and Aspire, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a similar role.

Proven experience with demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

Good knowledge in demand planning tools and software (e.g., SAP, Aspire, or similar systems).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
