Jr Graphic Designer

Position Summary:The Junior Graphic Designer will play a key role in designing digital, social, print & packaging projects for BeautyBio. We're looking for someone who has exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating useful and functional experiences across all channels.The Junior Graphic Designer will work independently and cross collaboratively. The ideal candidate has worked on a versatile range of design projects across different verticals. The right candidate can tell compelling stories through design. The Designer should be prepared to dive headfirst into a vast array of projects in a fast-moving environment. This person will have autonomy to work independently. The ideal candidate is a problem solver and a go-getter.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Create all graphic design practices and adhere to the branding of BeautyBio with appropriate high-end design and developmentHelp the team design needs using mock-ups, user flow maps, wireframes, and prototypesWork closely with stakeholders to implement a cohesive visual brand, style, voice, and toneResponsible for uploading and retouching product images to the content management system for each catalogEnsure the level of excellence in all creative work designed and executed is consistent, cohesive, meets brand strategy, and is within budget and timeframe.Mastery and understanding of all elements of design, layout, corporate branding and

typography!Energy, enthusiasm, a smile and a positive attitudeEducation and Experience:2+ years experience in graphic/interactive design2+ years of creative agency or internal design team experience2+ years experience designing for brand and productAdvanced knowledge of print production, including retouching, pre-press, proofing and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is required
