Job Summary

DataOps Engineer - GCPLocation: RemoteWe are seeking a highly motivated DataOps Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP or Azure or AWS) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a data platform, ML models, MLOps, DBT Transformations that deliver high-quality data for our machine learning models and business intelligence needs.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement data machine learning models through the entire data lifecycle.Utilize DBT for efficient Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) or Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) processes within the GCP platform.Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and develop solutions for data transformation and cleansing.Work with Vertex AI or other Machine Learning platforms to understand model use cases and perform model testing for performance optimization.Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline data processing tasks.Implement best practices for data governance and security to ensure data integrity and compliance.Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve issues proactively.Continuously optimize data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency.Qualifications:Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying data pipelines using cloud technologies (preferably GCP).Hands-on experience with DBT for data transformation.Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts, tools like Vertex AI, and Python scripting for model testing.Strong programming skills in SQL and Python.Experience working with data warehousing and data modeling concepts (a plus).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in platform engineering is a plus.A mindset focused on cost reduction and data platform governance.Telecom background experience is a plus.

Position:

System Data AnalystLocation: RemoteWe are seeking a highly motivated Customer Facing System Data Analyst to join our growing Data Warehouse team supporting an emerging Telecom client. In this role, you will wear multiple hats, acting as a data analyst, design, solution architect, and trusted advisor for both internal and external stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in GCP to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of our client.Responsibilities:Analyze customer data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Design and implement data pipelines using GCP technologies such as BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, and Cloud Storage.Evaluate, design, and recommend viable business solutions that leverage data and analytics to address customer challenges.Analyze the feasibility of solutions from both business and implementation perspectives.Develop scalable and adaptable data solutions that can accommodate future changes in business processes, user requirements, and business growth.Participate in account mining to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the leadership team.Review system component High Level Design and ensure alignment to the end-to-end solution architecture.Lead competency building activities such as building POCs and conducting workshops for the strategic initiatives.Lead internal and external knowledge sharing sessions and mentor teams in your area of specialization.Review team artifacts and ensure knowledge sharing and reusability.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role with experience in solution design and client interaction.Experience working with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.Experience with SQL querying languages (e.g., BigQuery SQL).Experience with data pipeline development tools (e.g., Cloud Dataflow).Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven business solutions.GCP Cloud Certified.Experience working in the Telecom industry.Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.Experience building and presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
