needed to join the team at Mercedes-Benz of Paramus, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships. Ideal candidates should be polished, professional, sales-minded, and customer-focused with excellent communication and computer skills. Prior Automotive Dealership Sales, BDC, or Internet Sales experience preferred.
Who are we looking for?
Automotive Sales BDC, Internet, and/or Client Advisor experience preferred
Candidates with great people skills and ambition will be trained
Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated individuals
Outstanding follow-up skills
Ability to convert internet leads to appointments/sales
Team player with strong communication skills
Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
Highly organized with attention to detail
