We are looking for a friendly person to serve food and beverages in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner and ensure a positive experience for all customers. Servers are expected to be attentive to guest’s needs and make them feel welcomed, comfortable, and important.An opportunity to work in a positive environmentOur restaurant operates from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., allowing you to enjoy your mornings and have your afternoons free for personal activities or another jobServe customers by anticipating their needs, initiating conversation, and offering assistance and adviceHave extensive knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and wine list, with the ability to make suggestions when asked by guestsEnsure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out correctly before serving to guestsPerform dining room set-up, running side work, and closing dutiesMay perform other duties as assigned.Education and/or Experience:High school diplomaOne year experience in a full-service restaurant preferredMust be of legal age to serve alcoholMust be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service, and respectful towards colleagues and guestsMust have strong customer service skills and be able to maintain poise and a positive personality when under pressure
