Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager to join Anthropic’s People team focused on organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will work on cross-functional projects to help Anthropic’s rapidly growing org operate with efficiency and clarity.About AnthropicAnthropic is an AI safety and research company that’s working to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. Our interdisciplinary team has experience across ML, physics, policy, business and product.Responsibilities:Design Anthropic’s knowledge management system from the ground up, conducting an audit of the current situation to understand pain points and implementing standard taxonomies and norms for organizing, storing, searching, and accessing institutional knowledgePartner with department leads to implement company-wide systems for talent planning, headcount allocation, and structured hiringSupport other People teams in building employee-focused programs around onboarding, learning & development, and company cultureFacilitate structured decision-making and information sharing across the organizationYou may be a good fit if you:Have 5+ years of program management in organizational effectiveness or a related field such as business operations, growth, or technical program managementPossess organizational and planning skills, analytical ability, and strategic capacity that are unmatchedHave a demonstrated understanding of how to develop systems for complex initiatives requiring extensive organizational change management, and while guiding change management you operate with empathy and patienceEnjoy performing user research and working with a variety of user personas to develop customized solutions is second nature to youHave a strong understanding of the latest research and trends in organizational development and organizational effectivenessAre comfortable in a high-growth tech and rapid-scaling environmentStrong candidates may also:Have some experience with use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in an enterprise capacityHave some background working in a research-oriented environmentHave a strong interest in Anthropic’s mission and deep commitment to AI safety in research and product developmentAnnual Salary (USD)The expected salary range for this position is $220k - $275k USD.LogisticsLocation-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in our office at least 25% of the time.Deadline to apply: None.
