Join us and experience the benefits of being truly Liberated.Job Requirements:Responsible for art pages, techs, and approval of submits for men’s and women’s value printable categories. This includes art file creation, commenting on screen-print strike offs, ink colors, and graphic placements.Responsible for making comments to domestic and overseas factories through company system.Responsible for uploading and maintaining updates of product design files in company system.Manage multiple calendars and deadlines with urgent quick-turn market channels.Work with Sr. Designers/Directors and Product Developers to get all design details approved during development process.Proactive attitude during any down time to assist other designers on the teamStrong knowledge of the marketplace, competitor product and the needs of the action sports customerCurrent on market trends in and outside of our immediate spaceTravel as needed; factory visits, research appropriate markets, attend key meetingsEnsure all responsibilities and calendar deadlines are metOther duties and special projects as assignedQualifications:3+ years’ experience in design, preferably graphic designDegree in graphic design or equivalent work experienceExtremely detail oriented, and highly motivated team playerIncredible attention to detail and highly organizedDeadline drivenAdvanced ability with Mac OSAdvanced ability with Adobe Illustrator / PhotoshopMust have experience with Pantone Matching systemThis position requires full time hours out of our Costa Mesa location.LIBERATED PERKS:Collaborative culture with amazing family vibeDiscounts on Liberated MerchMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits (majority employer paid)401k, including employer contributionSurf and Snow Team Building DaysSummer Half Day FridaysPaid Time OffReferral ProgramLiberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $65,000 - $80,000. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled.
