ROI MEDIA 360Job Description:Leading performance marketing agency for top e-commerce brands is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic organization. This position will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the day-to-day transactional accounting, including month-end close process, general ledger management, financial reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will enjoy complex accounting and be excited to have the opportunity to take a deep dive into the unique aspects of scaling a successful marketing agency representing world-famous brands.Essential Duties & Functions:Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including analytical review of financial results to ensure timely and accurate accounting records are maintained.Oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable
,
and reconciliations to ensure the proper and timely processing of billing and payments.Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, bank and general ledger reconciliations.Prepare monthly journal entries for payroll, accruals, prepaid expenses, and accounts receivable.Maintain a thorough understanding of industry-specific accounting standards and their implications for the company’s financial reporting.Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely insights into the company’s financial performance.Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.Processing, reconciliation, and oversight for our “high volume” of invoices. Including primary internal and external contact to answer questions and explain any changes related to invoices.Partner cross-functionally to develop and maintain budget and expense controls.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
.Analyze
financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and the
organization’s continued
growth.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field.Healthy level of curiosity, excited about our industry, sense of humor, and enjoys working with others.Self-directed professional with self-confidence and desire to share your ideas and knowledge.Comfortable providing “
