Radiologic Technologist

As a Radiologic Technologist, you are responsible for obtaining clear imaging results, which requires the proper use of equipment and keeping patients calm and informed throughout the x-ray procedure.Responsibilities Include:Travel to various healthcare facilities in the area, operating company-owned vehiclesPerform diagnostic and radiographic exams using portable x-ray equipmentReview images to ensure qualityPerform electrocardiograms using portable ECG equipmentGather and complete appropriate paperworkAdhere to policies and procedures for daily operationsMonitor equipment performance and take appropriate measures to resolve problemsReview and ensure exams are of high quality and available for interpretation in a timely fashionConsistently demonstrate effective communication, both written and verbal, with all technologists, staff, and management teamsPerform all duties as assigned or required to ensure efficiency and provide quality patient careSkills / Requirements:Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited school of radiologyState certification & ARRT license requiredValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentBenefits:Competitive CompensationMedical, Dental, Vision, 401k with employer matchDisability and Life InsuranceOvertime OpportunitiesPTO
