Experience strongly desired in-service delivery, operations or related rolesClinical and/or Dental health experience is required. Industry knowledge in recommended dental care and dental health management processes and procedures is required.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel advanced features such as macros and/or relational database softwareExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; exceptional interpersonal, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks related to project timelines to meet schedules, client deadlines, and delivery deadlines.Familiarity with project management methodology and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.A caring team leader who motivates and coaches less experienced resourcesWhat you should expect in this roleCandidate must live within commuting distance to our Roseville, CA office for this hybrid position, It is required to be in office Tuesday - Thursday every week.Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientationThe deadline to submit applications for this posting is July 12, 2024The pay range for this position is $92,900.00 - $132,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
