Full-Time
basis out of Helio Health's
Inpatient Detox program . We are seeking Counselors with
mid-shift availability , reflecting the shift of
12:00pm-8:30pm.In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a
Sign-On Incentive
up to
$1,500
depending on licensure!Pay Rate:
$20.19 - $24.20 per hour.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a caseload of patients seeking treatment from the effects of substance use and/or mental health disorders.Perform essential counseling responsibilities including screening, intake and orientation, assessment, evaluation and intervention, treatment planning, referrals, crisis intervention, counseling, patient education, case management, reporting and record-keeping.Participate in program, administrative and clinical committees as assigned.Relate effectively with staff, clients, and the community while upholding confidentiality requirements.QualificationsMinimum of an Associate's Degree in a human service field required.CASAC-T required.One year counseling experience preferred.Equivalent alternative combination of education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirements.Knowledge of addiction/recovery, behavioral health, self-help group process, and principles of counseling.Proficiency with basic computer applications.
