Inclusively is partnering with a multinational financial services company to hire a Financial Analyst.Job Description:This Financial Analyst role will be part of the company Wealth Central Finance Analyst Team. The primary objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of financial analytics and reporting to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization.The RoleThis role is responsible for providing a variety of financial reporting and analytics to the lead directors and senior financial analysts supporting Wealth Central Finance. In addition to monthly recurring deliverables, this associate will work closely with other financial analysts to deliver ad-hoc analyses that are critical components to drive business planning and ongoing decision making. There will be opportunities to identify, design, and implement process improvements to our financial reporting and analytics.The Expertise and Skills You BringA bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent2+ years of professional experience in financial servicesProfessional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysisExcellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skillsThorough understanding of financial concepts, methodologies, and accounting principles and how they affect business decisionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh degree of comfort with data, databases, financials, and a strong bias for ensuring data accuracyProven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlinesAbility to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approachesStrong modeling skills and experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPointFlexible and adaptable team playerThe Value You DeliverSupport the creation of financial reporting and analytic packagesAssist with the consolidation of the organization’s annual budget, monthly & quarterly KPIs, and other regular analysis & reporting at a detailed levelMaintain positive relationships with the broader Wealth Finance team to coordinate multi-year plans, budgets, and forecastsFinding opportunities to streamline work processes to make the team more efficient and effective
