As a Graphic Designer at Xmars, your canvas is as vast as your imagination. From eye-catching social media graphics to sleek sales materials, your designs will be the heartbeat of our brand's visual identity. If you're ready to bring ideas to life and paint our brand's story across multiple platforms, we can't wait to see your color palette!ResponsibilitiesDesign visual content for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.Create branded materials for print, such as datasheets, brochures, flyers, and trade show materials.Collaborate with content creators to visualize data and create infographics.Maintain and update website graphics and layouts in collaboration with the marketing manager and web developer.Help develop and edit short video content to support marketing initiatives on social media.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for visual content.Work closely with marketing teams to conceptualize and implement design solutions.Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs.Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.3-5 years of graphic design experience, including proficiency in video editing.Expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video editing skills.Creativity and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Marketing experience in B2B and technology industry is strongly preferredWhy SparkX -XmarsCompetitive payUnlimited PTOComprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dentalWe strongly prioritize professional developmentCollaborative and innovative work environment
