Our services include comprehensive campaign program planning, the most effective, highest quality turn-key canvass programs, professional GOTV and community outreach training programs, and modules, voter and specific audience targeting, goal setting, analytics, data management, recruiting, and training highly experienced talent to run large scale GOTV and community outreach programs. We also offer onboarding, payroll, and HR direct support services.

We’re currently looking for a Community Canvass Manager to join our team to support and move forward crucial community projects through 2024 and beyond.Position RequirementsYou must be ready to go on day one, have tireless energy, and be able and willing to anticipate and solve problems.Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done and meet or exceed your targets while demonstrating a high degree of integrity and professionalismStellar communications and organizational skillsPast door-to-door sales management experience is required; solar industry experience is strongly preferredWork hours include evenings and SaturdaysSafe driving recordExcellent listening skills and the ability to maintain a structured conversation when talking to voters.Ability to work in a highly structured team environmentAbility to work well with diverse members of the community and in diverse communitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness to learn and openness to feedback for improvementAbility to make changes and improvements in work practices based on collected metrics of previous workAbility to work entire shift without set breaksMust have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insuranceMus must have basic mapping skills to get out to the assigned community in an efficient manner- mapping programs on phones are recommendedCell phones for all canvassers are highly recommendedResponsibilitiesBuild a winning canvassing model that can grow regionallyTrain and develop canvassers as a career path to team leadership or salesHire, train, motivate, coach, and hold the team accountable for exceeding goalsLead a team of door-to-door canvassers.Perform targeted door-to-door canvassing in assigned, pre-selected communities and votersEducate community members about the voting process and endorsed candidatesDistribute educational and candidate support materials door-to-door in pre-selected communities and votersParticipate in training and staff meetings, as assigned.Must be knowledgeable in Mini Van, and moderate in Google, GSuiteDocument all required information in the minivan and be able to report back results from the day.
