Litigation SupportCGS is seeking a Front Office Manager to join our team supporting the legal mission of a large federal agency. Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.Skills and attributes for success:This is a high-level, high-visibility position which requires the candidate to be onsite 5 days per week.The individual must be prepared to closely interact with high-level staff to complete assignments with little oversight.The individual must be confident in their interactions and possess a professional demeanor and work ethic.The position plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the client. Only very experienced candidates will be considered. This is not a position to grow into. The candidate must have proven, successful, long-term relevant experience to be considered.Schedule and coordinate Senior Management calls/meetings via Zoom, MS Teams, etc.Setup and initiate hybrid meetingsCoordinate with IT to resolve equipment technical issuesMake travel arrangements using the E2 application (training provided)Reconcile travel expenses for Senior Management using the E2 applicationBe available to make travel adjustments in the E2 application as needed after travel has commencedAnswer and direct incoming calls to appropriate partiesCoordinate site events with dignitaries as neededCoordinate scheduling with inside/outside partiesDirect correspondence to appropriate partiesOrganize workload, processes, physical objects, and spaces as neededSchedule appointmentsCommunicate on behalf of Senior Management as neededQualifications:At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients or attorneysExperience interacting with the public via phone or the front deskExperience ordering and maintaining documentsExceptional phone etiquetteExperience operating a multiline phone systemExperience reviewing written text for typographical consistency, grammar, and spelling.Experience or skill managing day-to-day operations of a high-level officeExperience in office organization or non-specialized business operationsExperience with MS Office Suite – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience supervising and directing other office support staff as neededAbility to learn new applicationsMust be a self-starter, quick learner, resourceful, and take initiativeExceptional oral and written communication skills are requiredUndergraduate degree required.Ideally, you will also have:Law degree, advanced technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferredOur Commitment:Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
