The Global Supply Management team is looking to hire a skilled Construction/Procurement Manager to execute and oversee the construction procurement teams executing appx $300M/yr of CapEx/OpEx projects for the Tesla Infrastructure, and US Service Centers. The teams support a large diverse Construction PM organization and manage all construction procurement aspects of the projects.
Scope includes identifying, negotiating, and awarding general and subcontractors, materials, and services required for the construction, expansion and remodeling of various locations. The Manager role encompasses the selection of these through a competitive tender/bid process involving document preparation (scope, drawings, etc.) for projects while developing contracting and compensation strategy, leading negotiations, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
