Responsibilities
Under general direction from the Marketing Director, this position is responsible for layout and preparation, as well as execution of artwork for a variety of marketing purposesProjects may include, but are not limited to: product catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, print/digital ads, product packaging, product displays, web design graphics, Email campaigns, as well as social media needsCollaborate with Marketing team as well as other various departments including sales and other departments to create requested graphicsUnderstanding of design trends for various print media as well as digital/social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram primarily)Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and layoutsAssist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media postsUse Adobe Illustrator and other design software to create and edit graphicsManipulate photos and images to enhance their visual appealCreate motion graphics and animations for various projectsMaintain a consistent brand identity across all design projectsQualifications
Applicable college level training in graphic design or equivalent art school trainingDemonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and fluent using Adobe Creative Suite programs on a PC or MAC based platform5+ years of agency or in-house professional design experiencePossess creative problem-solving skills for visual design and proficiency in typographyGood interpersonal skillsLeadership skillsInnovative, creative, and collaborative skillsKnowledge of various and relevant file types, computer systems and applicationsThe ability to exercise initiative, problem solving and decision-making skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet critical deadlinesDenver, CO 80239: Relocate before starting work (Required)Benefits
