current DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certificationManager VTC scheduling and provide live event supportMaintain IT and AV equipment related to information displays, digital signage, monitors, laptops, video record devices and other related end user devicesOperate and manage equipment for presentations, sound, lighting and audio/video conferencingCreate and manage user accountsDevelop SOP's for utilization of conference center equipmentEscalate IT issues to Tier III when neededProvide workstation (thick and thin client), VoIP device, and voice and video conference supportManage hardware in all stages including unpacking and setup of end user devicesResolve IT incidents from cradle to grave, working closely with engineering teams and other contractor stakeholders when IT issues require Tier III escalation or have external dependenciesInstall application software on end-user device workstations via scripted install packagesInventory management of UC deployed software and end user devicesProvide user education and training in basic hardware and software functionsCreate and maintain documentation and SOPs to train new employeesUse ServiceNow-based ticketing database to track, update, and close break/fix incident tickets and fulfill new requestsIdentify and execute process improvements and other enhancements that improve operational efficiencyThis position is a Network Operations Center (NOC) position and may require shift and weekend workRequirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position; an additional 4 years of experience be substituted in lieu of a degreeMinimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in addition to education levelMust possess current DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certificationExperience working in a DoD or IC environment desiredCurrent active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
